CY "That Guy"
He opened his doors in October of 1996, but has been doing Teppanyaki style cooking since 1984. Avid golfer and Oakland Raiders fan. The best part about Ohana for Cy is that he gets to interact with his customers, many who become friends and golf buddies.
Ken is the Head Chef at Ohana. He has been at Ohana, in his present position, since August of 2004 and has worked for Cy since 1987 at Shogun Steakhouse.
Ray is the Sous Chef at Ohana. Originally from New Jersey with a Puerto Rican heritage. Ray has over 22 years of Teppan experience, cooking in places like New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and now Iowa. Ray quickly became a favorite here at Ohana.
Tommy recently returned to the Ohana family. He was a favorite before and we expect he'll be a favorite again. You are sure to be entertained and satisfied after sitting at one of his tables.
Cory recently rejoined the Ohana kitchen in March of 2010. He is continuously practicing his craft. Cory's cooking and Teppan show keeps people in awe.
